As a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®), you’ll help the Scrum Team perform at their highest level. CSMs also protect the team from both internal and external distractions. Through the certification process, you will learn the Scrum framework and gain an understanding of team roles, events, artefacts and rules.

• The first step toward your CSM is to familiarize yourself with the Scrum framework.

• Then, attend an in-person, two-day (16 hour) CSM course taught by a Certified Scrum Trainer® (CST®) where you’ll get a comprehensive overview of how to organize and support a Scrum Team. After the course, you’ll need to pass the CSM exam. After you pass the CSM exam and accept the License Agreement, complete your Scrum Alliance membership profile and enjoy the benefits of certification.

About the Trainer: Stuart Mitchell

Stuart is one of the most experienced Agile Coaches and Trainers in the World.

Over a 30-year career he has achieved significant landmarks; the UK’s Most Valuable Scrum Master in 2010, contributory author to Agile industry papers, Hong Kong University guest lecturer and the role of Global Head of Agile at HSBC Bank.

He has an enormous amount of experience with a large number of Scrum teams and has effectively trained over 4500 people in the Scrum framework.
